Jack-O-Lantern Bell Peppers

Colorful fresh bell peppers can be used as Halloween garnishes and treats by leaving on their stems and carving jack-o-lantern faces on one side.

You can serve these Jack-O-Lantern peppers raw as garnishes or snacks or you can cut off their tops and use them as creepy serving dishes for spaghetti with red sauce, letting some of the spaghetti noodles hanging out one corner of the mouth

You can also fill them with your favorite stuffed pepper filling and bake them, but if you cook them very long they will soften and start to droop or collapse.
